As chronic pain girly this heat is a life saver. It's so convenient to pop on and still get things done. I also love that the band is stretchy and soft so if I want it specifically on one side of my neck I can strap it across my chest and under my arm without it being tight or uncomfortable. Honestly don't think twice just get it you wont regret it. I'm already planning on a second one.
