Each plaque can be used to record baby's details on arrival and is the perfect keepsake piece to display in the nursery. Available in a natural, unisex design featuring our signature font and simple branch sketch - perfect to compliment any styling. You can also mix and match with our other signature series milestone discs.

Each timber plaque is approx 14.5cm and made from extra thick 4mm, quality Australian produced plantation plywood - as a natural product, please allow variances in the grain from the images displayed. They're lovingly made by us in our Sunshine Coast studio and are lightly hand-sanded to ensure smooth edges.
