Personalised puzzle

The item itself is very cute in design and nice matching colour scheme etc
However the experience using the website was hopeless and whe emailed the lady she seemed very passive aggressive and inconvenient in answering any queries when I asked for updates on ETA as it was a birthday gift and I didn't see the part where said takes 4weeks to design product so was a month after the birthday once I received the item
