How To Use
Place your heat pack in the microwave for 1 minute, then heat in additional 30 second intervals until your desired temperature is reached.

DO NOT heat for more than 2 minutes total.

• Allow your heat pack to dry naturally if moisture occurs
• Always supervise while heating
• Ensure microwave turntable can rotate freely during heating
